Rams Reportedly Won't Be Penalized for Handling of Case Keenum's Concussion

The NFL reportedly won't punish the St. Louis Rams for their failure to remove quarterback Case Keenum from the team's 16-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday after he suffered a concussion, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Keenum was sacked by Baltimore's Timmy Jernigan during the final drive of the game and was clearly dazed, requiring the help of teammates to get back to his feet. But he was never removed from the game for testing despite clearly showing signs of suffering a concussion. (The play occurs at the 2:28 mark of the video below.
