Carolina General Manager Dave Gettleman had a tough day on Super Bowl Sunday as he watched his favored Panthers team get beat — in large part due to the fierce Denver defense.
Gettleman had a major hand in building this 17-2 Panthers team that fell short in the big game. Though it certainly doesn't ease his pain, I'm giving him a consolation prize as my personal selection for the league's GM of the Year.
