Michigan survives Northwestern, advances to Big Ten quarterfinal matchup with Hoosiers

INDIANAPOLIS – Life at the very edge of the NCAA Tournament bubble can be dangerous, but the Michigan Wolverines survived Thursday afternoon and will have the opportunity to play their way toward safety.
