It appears the Sacramento Kings are ready to scrap the George Karl experiment after less than one full year.
The Kings plan to fire their coach during the NBA All-Star break, according to an ESPN.com report.

The dismissal could happen as soon as Wednesday night, the report said, when the Kings play the 76ers in their last game before the break. Karl, who recently garnered his 1,000th NBA coaching victory, was hired by the Kings on Feb.
