Johnny Manziel's ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, suffered a ruptured eardrum when the Browns quarterback allegedly struck her during an altercation last month, Crowley's attorney told Dallas-Fort Worth television station KXAS-Channel 5 on Monday.
The attorney, Kathy Kinser, said Crowley has been unable to hear out of her left ear since the incident.
"They expect (the ear) to heal, but it'll take a while," Kinser told KXAS.

Dallas police have reopened a criminal investigation into the alleged assault, which Crowley said occurred early Jan.
