After former Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn was reportedly hired by the Washington Commanders on Thursday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson made a pitch to Dallas' defensive stalwart.
Dotson attempted to recruit Cowboys linebacker and former Penn State teammate Micah Parsons to the Commanders on social media shortly after it was reported that Quinn would take over as Washington's head coach.
In doing so, Dotson referenced a recent quote from Parsons in which he said Quinn "might take me with him" if he accepts a head coaching job.
