So, we're not entirely sure what's going on here, but that's definitely a student drinking out of a Clorox bottle. It could be a "Superbad" situation where the bleach was replaced by a different substance, which would make more sense, but it's still a very odd thing to do.
Adding to the confusion is "Bleach Boy" himself, who said on Twitter that bleach was indeed in the bottle.
