HOF voter explains why Terrell Owens didn't make it in

Terrell Owens somehow didn't make it into the Hall of Fame despite being second all-time in career receiving yards (15,934), third all-time in career receiving touchdowns (153) and sixth all-time in career receptions (1,078). His snub as a first-ballot Hall of Fame option shocked a lot of people and left fans wondering what else Owens had to do to make it in.
