WWE releases multiple wrestlers
In what has become an annual ritual, WWE did some house cleaning last Friday releasing eight talents. They included Hornswoggle, Alex Riley, Zeb Colter, El Torito, Cameron, Santino Marella, Wade Barrett and Damien Sandow.
None of the releases are overly surprising — none of them have major roles. Barrett had arguably the most potential of the group and could have been a main event star but was derailed several times by injuries.
