Trey Mancini drilled two home runs including a three-run walk-off blast in the 11th inning to propel Baltimore to a 9-6 win over the Pirates. The dingers were Mancini’s first since May 8 and just his second extra-base hit May 22. There’s no question that Mancini is one of the league’s more frustrating boom-or-bust fantasy options. He has nine homers on the season, but six of them have come in three games.
Miguel Sano continues to be the engine powering the Twins offense. Sano knocked in three runs in a 6-5 loss Wednesday night.
