The Dolphins' regular-season home opener isn't until September 25, but they will host the Titans in the final preseason contest on September 1. And the organization is keeping an eye on two possible looming threats: A tropical wave that has a 70 percent chance of developing into a storm in the next five days, and the Zika virus.

Miami Beach has been designated a Zika hot zone, and Miami Gardens, where the Dolphins play in the newly named Hard Rock Stadium, is just 15 miles away.
