While 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick backed up 49ers general manager Trent Baalke's assertion that the two spoke last week, that's where the similarities between the two end.
While Baalke said he and Kaepernick had a "good conversation," Kaepernick didn't go as far as to call it that.

"We had a conversation," the 49ers quarterback said Wednesday, via CSN Bay Area. "We have a business relationship. That’s the point that we’re at."
Kaepernick shut down when pressed further about his relationship with Baalke, which deteriorated last season after Kaepernick felt the organization mishandled his injuries and didn't have his back in the locker room.
