Charles Woodson reportedly joining ESPN’s 'Sunday NFL Countdown'

It didn’t take long for Charles Woodson to find a new way to spend his Sundays.

The future Hall of Fame defensive back will enjoy retirement on the set of ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown,” The Big Lead reported Friday.

A spokesman for ESPN didn’t confirm the hiring, but The Big Lead’s sources said an announcement is expected by the end of the month.

Woodson will fill Keyshawn Johnson’s spot after the network decided not to renew the former wideout’s contract.

Woodson is a nine-time Pro Bowler and an eight-time All-Pro selection.
