While the Chargers and representatives for Joey Bosa struggle to finalize terms on a contract, players and coaches on the team don't hold any ill will toward the rookie defensive end.
Pro Bowl tight end Antonio Gates told reporters on Thursday that Bosa would be "welcomed with open arms," whenever he finally reports. Coach Mike McCoy isn't worried about Bosa showing up out of shape, saying the two-time All-American from Ohio State has been working out.
