Bill Simmons was famously dumped by ESPN (technically, his contract wasn't renewed), but "The Sports Guy" is doing alright for himself now. He's got a deal with HBO, has a new site called The Ringer coming soon and he's free to attack the shows of his former employer.
His latest criticism came Tuesday after "Mike & Mike" interviewed Louisville coach Rick Pitino. Simmons went on a Twitter rant, claiming the interview was too soft.

I hope Rick Pitino can recover from that vicious grilling that Mike and Mike gave him today.
