Seems every zoo and aquarium in America has brought out an animal this week to make a prediction on the Super Bowl. With cameras rolling, the creature starts feeding out of a bowl with a Panthers or Broncos logo. The zoo then proudly proclaims, “Woody the Hedgehog picks Panthers to win Super Bowl!”
It’s good publicity for the zoo — and of course, animals are always happy to get a meal — but really, why should we heed the opinion of an animal picking the Super Bowl winner?
