Jim Harbaugh took the San Francisco 49ers to the Super Bowl in 2013, but after falling in the NFC Championship game the following season led to a frustrating 8-8 year in 2014 and a falling out with the 49ers’ front office, Harbaugh left to become the new head coach at Michigan. HBO’s Andrea Kremer caught up with Harbaugh in Ann Arbor for a feature on Real Sports that will air Tuesday.
Kremer also spoke with 49ers guard Alex Boone, who said that Harbaugh’s “insane” determination alienated players in the locker room.
