Toledo, Ohio - The Toledo women's tennis team are heading to Boca Raton, Fla. over spring break, competing in four matches over the break. The Rockets will be challenging Florida Atlantic on March 3, Charlotte on March 5, UT Arlington on March 6, and Lynn on March 7.
The Rockets recently extended their winning streak to five matches after defeating Southeast Missouri State and Illinois State in the Redbird Invitational last weekend.
On Saturday, Feb. 23 UT edged out Southeast Missouri State 4-3 in Normal, Ill. Senior Kokoro Chishaki defeated her opponent in two sets and freshmen Eileen Carney and Christina Fuller defeated their opponents in three sets.
