TOLEDO, Ohio - Two former Toledo Rockets are scheduled to play in post-season all-star games this week.
Linebacker Dallas Gant will play in this Thursday's East-West Shrine Bowl in Frisco, Texas (8:00 p.m./NFL Network) and cornerback Quinyon Mitchell will suit up for this Saturday's Reese's Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala. (1:00 p.m./NFL Network).
Gant played the 2022 and 2023 seasons at Toledo following his transfer from Ohio State. He earned first-team All-MAC both years, totaling a team-leading 116 tackles in each season. He was 10th in the MAC in tackles per game in 2022 and seventh in 2023.
