Toledo women’s basketball coach Ginny Boggess will receive a five-year contract worth $450,000 annually.
Boggess, who comes to UT after three seasons at Monmouth, will have a base salary of $250,000 plus $200,000 in marketing compensation. There are unspecified performance bonuses.
The Blade received the terms of the deal through an open-records request.
A year will be added to the length of the contract if the Rockets win a regular-season Mid-American Conference championship or reach the NCAA tournament.
Tricia Cullop made $455,000 during the 2023-24 season — $360,000 in base salary, $40,000 in marketing, $40,000 in deferred compensation, and a $15,000 annual raise.
