TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo honored nine seniors before their final home game at Scott Park, but afternoon was spoiled with a 15-0 Mid-American Conference loss to Central Michigan on a Mother's Day Sunday afternoon.
The Rockets (15-36, 8-13 MAC) honored seniors Ross Achter, Jacob Britt, Josh Cales, Steven Calhoun, Steven Duby, Jordan Kesson, Jake Krupar, Kyle Slack and the game's starting pitcher Caleb Schillace before the start of the contest.
After the ceremonies were complete, Central Michigan (28-23, 15-6 MAC) jumped on the Rockets and did not let up.
