DETROIT - Double overtime was not enough to decide a winner as the Toledo women's soccer team played Detroit Mercy to a scoreless draw on Friday afternoon at Titan Field.
The Rockets (0-0-1 overall) controlled the action for much of the match and out shot the Titans, 10-7. Seniors Isa Echeverri and Sophie Pohl led the Midnight Blue and Gold with three shots apiece. Toledo took seven corner kicks, five of which came in the second half, while UDM did not take a corner on the day.
Redshirt freshman Madison Perrin (0-0-1) stopped five shots in her collegiate debut between the posts.
