BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Senior Macy Hanus fired a season-best two-under par 70 and is tied for third place to lead the Toledo women's golf team in Saturday's first round of Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational. The Rockets are in fourth place in the team standings after carding a nine-over par 297 at the par-72, 5,911-yard Stone Ridge Golf Club.
Hanus birdied her first hole of the day played a near-flawless round, finishing with three birdies and just one bogey.
Fifth-year senior Amelia Lee is tied for 11th with a two-over par 74, while senior Angel Hii is tied for 24th place with a four-over 76.
