BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Senior Macy Hanus set a school record and tied for second place to lead the Toledo women's golf team in Sunday's final round at Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational. Hanus finished at two-under par-142 at the par-72, 5,911-yard Stone Ridge Golf Club, one shot better than Pinyada Kuvanun for the lowest 36-hole total ever in program history.
A Bowling Green native, Hanus led the Rockets with six birdies and finished a tournament-best four-under par on par-three holes.
"Playing at my home course definitely helped me stay calm and feel very comfortable this week," said Hanus after registering the best finish of her Rocket career.
