2008: Introduced as head coach
Former Toledo athletic director Mike O'Brien brought Cullop to Toledo from Evansville to replace the highly successful Mark Ehlen, who spent 13 years leading the Rockets. Cullop had a good track record at Evansville and turned out to be a highly influential hire by O’Brien.
