Toddrick Gotcher had one word to describe Texas Tech’s Canadian Foreign Tour — magical.
“I can’t say enough about it,” the senior guard said. “It’s been magical for us because we bonded well, we won games and we learned our roles during the games. We know who to go to. If we need stops, we know who to go to and things like that. That Canada trip was magical and it really helped us out.”
The Red Raiders went 4-0 on that trip during mid-August.
Now, Texas Tech has begun practice for its 2015-16 campaign with hopes of reaching the postseason for the first time since 2009-10.
