SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State volleyball coach Karen Chisum has announced the hiring of Summer Morgan as the program's new graduate assistant.
Morgan is set to join the Bobcat coaching staff after competing at the University of Memphis for the past two seasons (2015-16). She also was a member of the University of Arkansas volleyball team for three years from 2012-14.
She is set to begin her appointment August 1.
"I'm looking forward to having Summer on our staff," Chisum said. "She's a very personable former student-athlete who has excelled at both Arkansas and Memphis.
