BATON ROUGE, La. – In the first indoor meet of the season, six Texas State track & field athletes claimed event titles at the Purple Tiger Invitational in the Carl Maddox Field House. The Bobcats also posted 46 top 10 Sun Belt Conference marks.
"It was a great start. This meet for us is perfect to knock off the rust and to provide competitive opportunities for our newcomers," said Director of Track & Field/Cross Country . "The exciting part is that we only competed half of our team and we have significant room for growth."
