SAN MARCOS, Texas – A veteran coach with more than 30 years of experience, Bradley Dale Peveto has been named Texas State's co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach, head coach GJ Kinne announced on Tuesday.
With experience as a head coach and leading defensive and special teams units, Peveto (pronounced PEA-vit-toe) brings a national championship-winning resume to a Texas State defensive staff under newly-named defensive coordinator Dexter McCoil Sr.
"Coach Peveto has tremendous experience on the field and great experience in the state of Texas," said Kinne. "When going through the process, his ability to recruit, his football IQ, and his character all stood out to me.
