It's really strange the way things have worked out with Texas State's schedule so far this season. If you'll recall, the Bobcats were the last team in the nation to play a home game as they didn't take the field at Bobcat Stadium until September 24, the fourth week of the college football season. Texas State was also the last Sun Belt team to play a conference game, and this Saturday, the Bobcats will finally play a home conference game, becoming, you guessed it, the last Sun Belt team to do so.
Texas State's first two conference games came on the road and were nearly identical in the way they played out.
