SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State men's golf is set to host the first-ever Tempest Collegiate in Gladewater, Texas on Oct. 9-11.
This will be the first fall tournament the Bobcats have hosted since 2002, when they hosted the Southwest Classic.
The Bobcats enter the tournament after they tied for sixth in a field of 13 teams at the Allstate Streamsong Invitational shooting 28-under par. Freshman tied for tenth overall in his collegiate debut finishing 11-under and first for the Bobcats.
