Nelson Cruz homered twice to become the first player with eight homers in his team’s first 12 games since Alex Rodriguez in 2007, and the Seattle Marinters beat the Texas Rangers 11-10.

Cruz also had the game-ending against one of his former teams.

Rangers closer Neftali Feliz entered the game with a 27-inning scoreless streak against the Mariners, but he blew the save opportunity and took the loss after allowing two runs.
