Grayland Arnold Back On Texas' Radar?

"With Obi Eboh taking a closer look at Stanford, Texas is revisiting some of its earlier options at cornerback, including Kountze product Grayland Arnold.

"The three-star prospect has been committed to Baylor since November of 2014 and even got a tattoo to prove his pledge when rumors circulated in the summer that he was giving Texas a closer look."

A report surfaced recently stating that Arnold official visit to Texas on January 29, with an official slated for TCU the weekend before. However, Arnold says that he hasn't made "anything official."

Per 247Sports, Arnold is ranked as the #45 cornerback in the Class of 2016.

Bedford Contacts JUCO Defensive Lineman
The Longhorns are in search for some early-impact defensive linemen in the 2016 recruiting cycle, and defensive coordinator Vance Bedford has reportedly turned his attention to three-star Mendocino C.C. defensive end Jamar King.

“I’ve talked to (Bedford), and he was saying that they really need some help with defensive linemen,” King said recently. “He said that he needed some guys that could come in and play right away.”

Listed as the #10 JUCO strong-side defensive end in the country, King is versatile enough to switch over to defensive tackle if need be.
