Last week saw heavy rains sweep across the state of Texas, delaying some games and resulting in many getting moved up a day to Thursday. The forecast is much more clear today, and this will be the first time this fall that all Texas Longhorn football commits will have their teams play on the same day, aside from those that have a bye. No Thursday or Saturday games are on this week’s schedule; it’s Friday Night Lights for everybody!
For the second straight week, the Longhorns’ #fUTure19 class gained a commit, as Plano East safety Tyler Owens brings the class up to 17 members.
