Texas football is experiencing the best seven game start to a season since 2009 when they not only won their first seven games, but their first 13 before losing to the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2009 BCS National Championship Game.
The Horns currently sit at 6-1 with wins over the likes of the USC Trojans, TCU Horned Frogs, and Oklahoma Sooners. Saying they have bounced back from their week one loss to Maryland would be an under statement.
Texas football currently sits at 4-0 in Big 12 play which has them sitting alone at the top of the conference standings.
