Texas Drops Tough Battle to Oregon State in Dallas Regional Opener

The Dallas Regional is not going to be easy. Texas players knew that coming in to today’s game versus Oregon State.

On a day that saw the game’s start delayed by rain, the Longhorns showed they would not be intimidated. Texas touched up OSU ace Andrew Moore for four runs on nine hits and two walks. Moore came into the game with an ERA of 1.73 and had walked 19 batters in 114 innings. He was definitely hittable today and the Longhorn bats were active.
