Austin – No. 2 Texas Men's Tennis earned the No. 2 overall seed in the 2024 NCAA Championship field that was announced Monday by the NCAA. The Longhorns will host First and Second Round matches on Friday, May 3, and Saturday, May 4, at the Texas Tennis Center.
It marks the second-straight year and third time in the last five years Texas has been a top-two seed, after having been the No. 1 seed last year and the No. 2 seed in 2019. It was not held in 2020 due to the pandemic.
Texas (22-3) will face Sacramento State (17-6) on Friday, May 3, in the first round at 1 p.
