Just a few days after ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit picked Texas as one of his surprise teams in 2018, another notable college football analyst took it a huge step further with his outlook for the Longhorns this year.
Fox analyst Robert Smith, a former star running back at Ohio State, picked Texas to make the College Football Playoff this year, along with Alabama, Clemson and Ohio State.
"I like them Horns, baby!" Smith said.
