Four-star Portland Jefferson (OR) power forward Kamaka Hepa committed to Texas on Tuesday afternoon, according to several reports.
Hepa picked the Longhorns over offers from Gonzaga, Miami, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, Wichita State and others.
At 6-foot-9, 210 pounds, Hepa is ranked as the No. 13 power forward in the country and No. 1 overall prospect in the state of Oregon, per 247Sports Composite.
Texas now has four commits in its 2018 class.
