Former Longhorn AD DeLoss Dodds announced new NACDA Hall of Fame electee

The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics announced Tuesday that former Texas Athletic Director DeLoss Dodds made the 2016 Hall of Fame class.

Dodds, who retired from his position with the Longhorns in 2013, began his tenure at Texas in the fall of 1981. During his time in Austin, the Longhorn athletic program won 14 National Championships and 108 conference titles in nine different sports.
