Leave it to the 2015 NFL Draft to show Texas fans that Charlie Strong can coach.
Texas and Louisville had a combined 15 players drafted this weekend. The Cardinals had 10 of those picks. All 10 of those players were coached by Strong.
You can say that the five Longhorns selected were a product of the Mack Brown era. That may be true to a degree, but the more likely scenario was that Strong pushed these players to get the most out of them. The end result showed up this weekend.
Malcolm Brown would probably have been drafted whether Brown or Strong was coaching him.
