Texas A&M spring football breakout candidate No. 4: 2017 could be the start to a promising career for Larry Pryor

On Monday, sophomore cornerback Charles Oliver snagged the fifth spot on Texas A&M's top five breakout candidates.

Oliver's fellow defensive back Larry Pryor similarly saw the field more last season after injuries. Like Oliver, Pryor proved last year he could step into a starting role in 2017.

A solid safety trio of Justin Evans, Donovan Wilson and Armani Watts prevented Pryor from seeing the field much early on as a freshman. But after Watts missed five games with an injury, Pryor played well as a starter.
