Texas and Texas A&M might not have a football rivalry on the field anymore, but one certainly exists off of it.
Thursday night, Aggies’ five-star defensive tackle Daylon Mack upset some Longhorns’ fans – and a couple players – with a tweet. Mack, a 6-foot-1, 330-pound defensive lineman pledged to Kevin Sumlin’s program, poked fun at Charlie Strong’s “I don’t know if I want to go walking into College Station right now” comment. He created a T-shirt featuring the quote and tweeted a photo of the clothing item.
