Back in December, when Johanna Konta showed her wedding photos, it was speculated that a subtle baby bump could be hiding behind the wedding dress. Now, five months later, the retired British tennis star is officially announcing pregnancy.
Showing a profile photo which clearly shows a substantial baby bump, the 30-year-old Konta said: “Busy baking my own little muffin right now.”
Dominika Cibulkova, Donna Vekic, Shelby Rogers, Heather Watson, Belinda Bencic, Caroline Wozniacki, and many other active and retired WTA players were quick to congratulate Konta. Naomi Brody’s comment was: “The best muffin you ever did make.
