On Monday night in New York City, Williams was honored with the 2023 Fashion Icon Award, given by CFDA, a not-for-profit trade association of America’s foremost fashion and accessory designers. Media personality and fashion mogul Kim Kardashian handed the award to the 23-time Grand Slam champion, famous for pushing the boundaries of tennis fashion and using the courts as her runway.
