The Tennessee Volunteers are headed to the TaxSlayer Bowl against Iowa, a development that isn't exactly the most noteworthy of stories during this upcoming bowl season.
Still, it has at least one person "happy", as UT's President Joe DiPietro celebrated the announcement with this cringeworthy music video:
