After forming a brotherhood with the New York Giants, running back Rashad Jennings and wide receiver Victor Cruz separated from a family on Monday February 13, 2017. Cruz and Jennings were released by the team. It’s fair to wonder if Cruz might be an option for the Tennessee Titans.
