Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the news, indicating Hill will return following Tennessee's Week 4 bye. Hill, 28, has been dealing with right knee issues throughout the preseason. He missed the team's first two preseason contests before returning briefly for last week's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
