Since their return to NFL action in 1999, the Cleveland Browns have started 26 different quarterbacks, and they still don’t have their franchise signal caller on the roster. However, Myles Garrett is one of the best overall prospects to enter the draft in some time, and they would be foolish to miss out on an elite edge rusher who has drawn comparisons to Von Miller. Garrett could transform the Browns’ defense on day one, and they could still use the picks they’ve stockpiled in the rest of the draft to trade back up and select a quarterback.
