PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple men's crew team will close out a fantastic 2015-16 campaign with a trip to the IRA National Championships this weekend. The USRowing sponsored event is being held on Lake Mercer in West Windsor, N.J..
Temple's varsity eight boat earned a team bid for the Owls, finishing with a bronze medal at the historic Dad Vail Regatta in May. The IRA bid for the varsity eight is the first time the program will race in that event since 2008. The Owls will also field boats in the freshman eight, varsity four, and lightweight four races.
